Our Story: From DEI Outdoors to The Resonance CollectiveThe Resonance Collective is an evolution. It began in the heart of outdoor spaces, where healing and transformation were both necessary and inevitable. What started as DEI Outdoors, a movement dedicated to equity and belonging in the outdoors, became something larger—a deeper calling to wholeness in every aspect of our lives.Through this work, we witnessed a universal truth: healing, innovation, and leadership are not separate paths—they are the foundation for a future where humanity thrives. The outdoor industry was our crucible, a place where we learned how to mend, reimagine, and create systems rooted in care and possibility. But healing isn’t bound by landscapes—it extends into communities, businesses, artistry, and personal transformation.And so, The Resonance Collective was born. We are a space for visionaries, leaders, and changemakers who know that true transformation isn’t just about fixing what is broken—it’s about creating something entirely new.
